1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Twin Flame Journey (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is intended for users 13 years of age and older.
2. Purpose of the App
Twin Flame Journey provides AI-assisted journaling and reflective content for personal development, education, and self-reflection.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
3. AI-Generated Content
Responses are generated by automated artificial intelligence systems. They are not reviewed in real time by licensed professionals.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for certain situations. You agree not to rely on the App as a substitute for professional advice.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium features are offered through Apple In-App Purchases. Pricing, billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Apple’s App Store terms and your Apple ID settings.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
We do not collect or store your payment card information.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App.
- Do not submit illegal or threatening content.
- Do not attempt to interfere with system integrity or security.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, design, and software are owned by Twin Flame Journey and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin Flame Journey shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at twinflame@brmarketgroup.io to attempt informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it may be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall occur in New York County, New York, unless conducted remotely as permitted by AAA rules.
You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by emailing twinflame@brmarketgroup.io with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
Nothing prevents either party from bringing a qualifying claim in small claims court.
11. Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of a class or representative action.
12. Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and Twin Flame Journey, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
Twin Flame Journey is solely responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, and intellectual property claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
