Pro adds unlimited Iris and the deeper guided sessions, voice notes, photo attachments, the manifestation tools, the full habit tracker, and the app lock.
Pro unlocks unlimited Iris AI reflections and the deeper guided sessions, voice notes with transcription, photo attachments, the manifestation board and sealed letters, the full habit tracker with streaks and insights, and the app lock (Face ID or Touch ID to open the app). Journaling, mood tracking and the creative scrapbook are free for everyone.
Your journal entries are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and transmitted securely over HTTPS. We do not manually review private journal entries. Content is processed by our servers only to enable syncing and optional AI features.
Twin Flame Journal uses strong encryption at rest and in transit. However, it is not end-to-end encrypted in the strict technical sense. Entries are securely processed by our servers to enable syncing and AI-powered features.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the app, or by emailing twinflame@brmarketgroup.io. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. All journal entries and associated data are permanently removed.

No. Iris is an AI. Responses are generated by automated artificial intelligence systems and are not reviewed in real time by a human. Iris is designed to support reflection and emotional awareness, not to replace licensed professional care.
There are two ways in. Open reflection is a blank page: you write, and she answers as you go, a sentence at a time. Guided sessions are structured but still conversational: you answer a step, Iris responds to what you actually said, and only then do you choose to continue, so nothing hurries you past something you just admitted. At the end of a session she names the thread running through your answers.
She opens through a sky keyed to your time of day, with the moon drawn at tonight's real phase. That is computed, not decorative: open the app nightly and you watch your own month thin and fill. You can tap straight through it.
On Pro she also draws on your own journal for continuity: roughly how long you've been writing, how you've been feeling, what your last session was about. Sealed letters are never included: she knows one exists and when it opens, and nothing more.

Yes, with Pro. Turn on the app lock and Twin Flame Journal requires Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to open. It uses your phone's own authentication, so there is nothing new to remember and no reset flow that could cost you your journal.

Entries are also encrypted at rest on our servers and sent over HTTPS.
