Yes. You can start journaling and access a limited number of Iris AI prompts for free. Premium features (unlimited AI, voice notes, manifestation tools, and the creative scrapbook) require a subscription.
Pro unlocks everything: unlimited Iris AI reflections, voice notes, the manifestation board, manifestation locks, the creative scrapbook (stickers, photos, paper textures, drawing tools), and the full habit tracker with streaks and heat maps.
Your journal entries are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and transmitted securely over HTTPS. We do not manually review private journal entries. Content is processed by our servers only to enable syncing and optional AI features.
Twin Flame Journey uses strong encryption at rest and in transit. However, it is not end-to-end encrypted in the strict technical sense. Entries are securely processed by our servers to enable syncing and AI-powered features.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the app, or by emailing twinflame@brmarketgroup.io. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. All journal entries and associated data are permanently removed.
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.

Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

No. Iris is an AI. Responses are generated by automated artificial intelligence systems and are not reviewed in real time by a human. Iris is designed to support reflection and emotional awareness, not to replace licensed professional care.
